Join Executive Chef Rafael Gonzalez at Four Seasons Hotel Houston for a delicious three-course beer dinner in collaboration with 8th Wonder Brewery! Begin the night with a reception in our Topgolf Swing Suite and then make your way up to Quattro for a delectable dinner.

Canapes Dates wrapped in Jamon Serrano, blue cheese sauce, bourbon bacon jam deviled egg Beer: Selection of 8th Wonder Beers

1st Course Ahi Tuna Escabeche, Avocado Puree, Shaved Fennel, Texas Grapefruit, Heirloom Tomatoes & Chili Oil Beer: Weisstheimer Hefeweizen

2nd Course Prime Hanger Steak, Twice Baked Loaded Potato, Spinach, Roasted Mushrooms & Quattro Steak Sauce Beer: Procrastinator Session IPA

3rd Course Slow Dough Brioche, "Churro" French Toast & Dulce de Leche Ice Cream Beer: Rocket Fuel

Reception will begin at 6:30 PM in the Topgolf Swing Suite on the first floor with dinner beginning at 7:00 PM in Quattro on the third floor.
